This print represents something that I live by everyday: comparison is the thief of joy. I came across this house while hiking in a neighboring village. I stood there for a while, observing how the soft light from the sunset illuminated the landscape. Then, it struck me how this simple house was standing alone and away from the other houses behind it. That house does not pay attention to what is happening on the other hill, but instead focuses on itself and taking care of the nearby trees.
