PAIRING INSPIRATION

With central compositions that naturally draw the eye, the prints can not only stand alone as a focal point of your room, but also work together in pairs to create a visual story that can cast a unique atmosphere across your space.

Whether it’s a combination of light and dark contrasts, warm and cold color hues, or abstract and minimal styles, you can curate the story.

How to Perfectly Pair Your Prints:

STEP 1: Set the Scene

Just as in storytelling, you need to first set the scene and assess what kind of prints does your space need. Maybe your room is bright and has a lot of natural light, or maybe it has dark walls and a warm atmosphere. Knowing how the prints will complement your space is the first step to choosing which ones to pair up.

STEP 2: Tell Your Story

The next step is to find the right balance of colors and contrast of prints that can help you create the atmosphere you want in your space. I personally like to draw immediate attention to my prints and would display them somewhere they would stand out. Maybe you like having a minimal environment and would choose prints that would subtly blend in. Either way, it's important that the prints don't visually interfere with each other but rather work together to tell a great story: your story.

Ideas for pairing:

In this example, I've paired three prints that stand out from their background.  Their similar colors and tones work together to enhance their visual impact.

Here, these two prints are also similar in their colors and contrast, but tell a different story. With their minimal composition, they help bring peace and calm into the space.
